By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.74 dated 24.06.2019 under Sections 307, 326, 325, 324, 323, 427, 341, 148 and 149 IPC registered at P.S. Nehianwala, District Bathinda. 2.

As per the report dated 03.05.2023 submitted by the District and Sessions Judge, Bathinda, the application stands decided by the trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid, petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition.
