Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 to 5 to submit status report before the learned Court in case FIR No. 257 dated 27.10.2018, registered under Section 346 IPC at Police Station Loharu, District Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has made representation dated 30.10.2018 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani, but the same remained unattended till now.
