# Report dated 13.04.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rohtak has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Kavita and the accused persons namely Jagbir, Darshana Devi, Karambir and Manjit, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise Ex.PX has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

 Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court and the fact that offences are not of heinous nature, there being a pure matrimonial dispute and keeping in view young ages of both sides coupled with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about conducive future for the parties, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.432 dated 12.10.2010 registered at Police Station Urban Estate, Rohtak under Sections 498;A, 406, 506 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
