,-  Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondents to consider and regularize the residential construction of the petitioner measuring 492 sq. yards. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit his claim under Rule 15A of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Rules, 1964 (as applicable to State of Haryana) and as amended vide notification dated 17.01.2025     !.
