Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in complaint case bearing No. 1618 dated 21.3.2016, under Section 138 read with Sections 141 & 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, pending before learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is ready to appear before the trial Court and furnish bonds. Earlier also, his counsel appeared before the learned Court below and moved an application for exemption, which was declined.

In view of the above facts, present petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing fresh bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.08.17 12:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
