**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Case FIR No.37 dated 12.05.2022 registered under Sections 353, 186, 323, 506 and 147 IPC, P.S. Kheri Gandain, District Patiala. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner shall surrender before trial Court within a period of seven days from today and move an application for grant of regular bail. On his doing so, the trial Court is requested to dispose the bail application within a period of three days therefrom.

Disposed of accordingly.
