After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition granting him liberty to file fresh one after statement of prosecutrix, complainant and other material witnesses are recorded.

Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
