Petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus for refund of the allotment and registration amount stated to have been paid by him in the year 2017. According to him, for this grievance, he has already filed a representation, Annexure P-8. However, no response has been received. We dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the concern authority to consider the representation, Annexure P-8 and pass a speaking order at the earliest, in any case not later than one month.
