**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for conducting fair and proper investigation in case FIR no.178 dated 16.9.2021 under Sections 147/149/506/427 IPC registered at Police Station City Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, respondent no.3, is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner.

Given above, this petition is partly allowed. Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, respondent no.3 is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) expeditiously in accordance with law.
