**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.65 dated 15.05.2017 under Sections 323, 341, 354, 506, 148 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Balachour, District SBS Nagar. Mr. Sanjeev K. Virk, Advocate, puts in appearance and filed vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 06.07.2017 :- "Heard.

It is contended that the instant FIR has been lodged as a counter-blast to the DDR lodged prior in time. In fact, petitioner No.4 had suffered grievous injuries at the hands of complainant party, as is reflected in the medical report annexed as Annexure P-3. He further contends that nothing is to be recovered from the petitioners and they are ready and willing to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not required for investigation any further.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State confirms the aforesaid fact.

Since the petitioners have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 06.07.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
