RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.128, dated 28.10.2020, under Sections 376, 368, 363, 506 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Kot Isse Khan, District Moga. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been convicted and hence the same may be dismissed as such.
