Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 4 to 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 20.1.2015. Certificate (Annexure P-4) in this regard has been issued by Prachin Gurudwara Dashmesh Pita Patshahi Dasvi (Regd,), Sector-2, Panchkula. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-3. Life and liberty of the petitioners be protected.
