RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct fair and speedy investigation personally or direct any higher officer in case FIR No.10, dated 09.02.2022, under Sections 498-A, 376(2)(n), 377, 506, 342, 323, 120, 34 IPC, Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 and Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, registered at Police Station Women, Rohtak. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 11.03.2022, Annexure P-2, is decided in a time-bound manner.
