(ORAL) CRM-27144 of 2018 Through this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for placing on record the Chemical Examiner Report dated 27.09.2017 as Annexure P-4, to which learned counsel for the complaint has no objection.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. Chemical Examiner Report dated 27.09.2017 is taken on record as Annexure P-4 subject to all just exceptions.
