After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his pleas before the trial court at the appropriate stage. He, however, prays that personal appearance of the petitioner be exempted during trial. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. It is directed that in case any application for exemption from personal appearance is moved by the petitioner, same shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law.
