**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.189 dated 25.11.2021 (Annexure P-1), registered under Section 302 IPC, at Police Station Gurugarsahai, District Ferozepur.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide judgment dated 11.08.2023 passed by the learned trial Court, the petitioner has been acquitted. She, thus, prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. Dismissed as withdrawn.
