**** ALOK JAIN, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to look into and decide the representation dated 20.02.2023 (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, from ASI Hardev Singh submits that an appropriate action has already been initiated against the respondent No.4 as well as the petitioner, for breaching the peace and harmony of the locality and there is no threat perception to the petitioner. 3.

Without commenting on the merits and without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for his relief, if so not addressed. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. However, nothing expressed in this order be considered as any expression of opinion or direction.
