RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners have sought a direction to respondent No. 3 to take action against respondents No. 4 to 7 who are not allowing them to enter in their own house and further a direction be issued to respondent No. 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners, at the hands of private respondents. On instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous as the petitioners have compromised the matter with private respondents No. 4 to 7. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
