...Respondent

CORAM: HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE SABINA

Present:

Mr. Chand Ram Olla, Advocate, for the petitioner.

Ms. Trishanjali Sharma, AAG, Haryana.

***** SABINA, J.

Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.760 dated 03.12.2014, under Sections 450, 394, 342 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) registered at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

Prosecution story, in brief, is that on 03.12.2014 at about 10:45 AM, complainant was present in her house along with her mother-in-law. Four persons entered the house of the complainant on the pretext of meeting her husband. When the complainant went inside to collect the books, she

CRM-M-22052-2015 [2] was caught hold by one of the person and was given beatings. The accused snatched the gold ornaments worn by the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2015. Petitioner has been falsely involved in the case.

Learned State counsel, on the other hand, has opposed the petition.

In the present case, allegations levelled against the petitioner are serious in nature. Petitioner and his co-accused had entered the house of the complainant and had snatched her gold ornaments. Complainant had also suffered injuries at the hands of the accused.

Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out.

Dismissed.
