(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.302, dated 17.12.2022, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 66C and 66D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, at Police Station Division No.8, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to place on record certain documents in the present petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
