Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, Police Station, Makhu, District Ferozepur, submits that in compliance of the interim directions dated 10.07.2015 issued by this Court, the petitioner did join the investigation and is no more required for further custodial interrogation in the present case.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 10.07.2015 are made absolute.
