NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 130 dated 16.05.2022 registered under Sections 366, 376 and 506 IPC at Police Station Pingwan, Distrrict Nuh.

Status report dated 20.09.2023, filed by way of affidavit of Sh. Jitender Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nuh, on behalf of respondent-State, is taken on record. Learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as vide judgment dated 10.08.2023 (Annexure R-2), the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned trial Court.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
