**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The present petition is for quashing of order dated 07.03.2019 (P-3) passed by respondent No. 1 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Dronacharya Government College, Gurgaon to Government College, Mohna Faridabad.

Learned counsel submits that the impugned order dated 07.03.2019 (P-3) is liable to be set aside, as the petitioner is going to retire after one year and the impugned order dated 07.03.2019 has not been passed on the request of the petitioner. There is no complaint pending against the petitioner. A bare perusal of impugned order dated 07.03.2019 (P-3) shows that No TA/DA has been given.

In view of the above factual position, the writ petition is allowed and order dated 07.03.2019 (P-3) is hereby set aside. The petitioner shall continue to work in Dronacharya Government College, Gurgaon.
