*** It is stated that petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has since been filed in the Court of District Judge, Chandigarh and a sum of Rs.5 lacs has been paid by the petitioner to the complainant and now the said petition is fixed for 11.3.2019 for recording statements of PARVINDER SINGH 2018.09.19 10:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M No. 22106 of 2017 and CRM-M No. 21950 of 2017 the petitioners on second motion.

Learned counsel for the complainant-respondent no. 2 states that he does not oppose the petition for grant of pre arrest bail to petitioner Garuav Sharma in petition bearing CRM-M No. 22106 of 2017 and petitioners Satish Kumar, Veena Sharma and Gaurav Sharma in petition bearing CRM-M No. 21950 of 2017.

Learned counsel for U.T. Chandigarh states that since the matter has been compromised between the parties, the petitioners are not required by the local police for further investigation. Therefore, their custodial interrogation is not required.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to petitioner Garuav Sharma on 15.6.2017 in petition bearing CRM-M No. 22106 of 2017 and to petitioners Satish Kumar, Veena Sharma and Gaurav Sharma on 14.6.2017 in petition bearing CRM-M No. 21950 of 2017 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petitions stand allowed accordingly.
