The present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0031 dated 22.02.2017, under Sections 353, 186, 114, 323, 148 and 149 of IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation, however, since the petitioner has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C., therefore, the petitioner may be directed to appear before the trial Court on 29.04.2024 to which counsel for the petitioner does not object and prays that the concession granted vide order dated 21.03.2024 be made absolute.

In light of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Manju 2024.04.25 10:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
