SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 and 5, parents of petitioner No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 07.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by petitioner No1. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Neha is 23.12.1995 as per copy of Voter Identity Card (Annexure P1) and year of birth of petitioner No.2-Vikram is 1993 as per copy of Aadhaar Card(Annexure P-2). They allegedly got married on 07.07.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to SACHIN MEHTA 2015.07.14 12:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
