NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this first petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 519 dated 23.07.2021 registered under Sections 323/34, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC at Police Station Old Industrial Area, Panipat.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such as, the aforesaid FIR stands cancelled by the police. On instructions from ASI Bijender, learned counsel for the State submits that the FIR in the present case stands cancelled, with 'no objection' from respondent No. 4-complainant. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
