Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 78 dated 29.03.2021, under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. Vide order dated 08.04.2021, parties were directed to appear before concerned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for getting their statements recorded and the trial Court was to send its report regarding the genuineness of the compromise.
A report dated 03.06.2021 of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kharar has been received. As per the report, the parties had appeared before learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kharar. Learned SATYAWAN 2022.07.21 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRM-M-15659-2021 Magistrate has stated that the compromise arrived at between the parties is genuine, voluntary and out of their free will. In view thereof, the present petition is allowed.
