 SURINDERPAL SINGH STATE OF PUNJAB

Ms. Amrit Kaur Mahir, AAG, Punjab.

Petitioner has filed instant 2nd petition under Section 483 of BNSS 2023 (corresponding Section 439 of the erstwhile Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail in FIR No.85 dated 27.06.2024 under Section 108, 3 (5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Sections 306, 34 of IPC) registered at Police Station E-Division, Amritsar. On the last date of hearing, none had put appearance on behalf of petitioner and learned counsel was ordered to be informed through Registry.

As per report of Registry, learned counsel for the petitioner was informed about the next date.

Today despite passover, none has put appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present regular bail petition in the aforesaid FIR. SANDEEP KUMAR 2026.04.02 11:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-12943-2026 -2As such, petition stands dismissed in default and for want of prosecution.
