(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for protection of life and liberty of petitioners from respondents No.4 to 8.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that right now parents of petitioner No.1 are residing in United States of America, however, in the petition inadvertently they have been mentioned to be residing in India. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners were apprehending that parents of petitioner No.1 will arrive in India. Learned counsel for the petitioners, in view of the above, submits that since respondents No.4 to 6 are residing in USA, there is no apprehension of danger to the life and liberty of the petitioners.
