Mr. Tejinder Pal Singh, Advocate for the petitioner. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to officials respondents No.2 to 6 not to harass the petitioner and raid the house of the petitioner time and again.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Sangrur, filed in the Court is taken on record. As per the reply, an FIR No.144 dated 14.05.2018 under Sections 394 read with Section 34 IPC and 25/54/59 of the Arms Act was registered at Police Station City Sangrur against 02 unknown persons regarding committing robbery of Rs.9 lacs of AXIS Bank, Sangrur and the police during the investigation of the said case as detailed in the affidavit had, in fact, conducted the raid at the house of one Jasbir Singh, whose house is adjacent to the house of the petitioner and the police is conducting the investigation in a legal and fair manner. In view of the same, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, at this stage. Ordered accordingly. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh petition, if the petitioner still faces any harassment at the hands of official respondents.
