This is a second petition for grant of regular bail. The changed circumstance pointed out by counsel for the petitioner is that in a revision petition, filed against dismissal of application u/s 319 Cr.P.C., this court has stayed the proceedings, resulting in unnecessary harassment to the petitioner. The said revision petition is now fixed for final disposal in urgent cases on 18.2.2015.
