HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0018 dated 05.02.2022 under Section 306 IPC registered at P.S Division No.4, Jalandhar, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar. Vide order dated 07.04.2022, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to join investigation.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 07.04.2022 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
