PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Today, Mr. Dhir produced copy of the order dated 26th of April, 2023 whereby resolution of the Municipal Council dated 9th of May, 2022 stands annulled by the order passed by Addl. Deputy Commissioner, Faridkot.

Faced with the situation, Mr. Sekhon prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy against the aforesaid order in accordance with law.
