(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the order dated 27.04.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Baghapurana, District Moga, whereby the petitioners were declared proclaimed persons in FIR No.73 dated 07.11.2019 registered under Section 188 of IPC at Police Station Smalsar, District Moga, Punjab.

The learned counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that in FIR No.73, in which the petitioner continues to be an accused, he has been removed from the array of persons, who have been declared proclaimed persons.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Disposed of.
