The petitioner challenges order dated 02.07.2016 (Annexure P-9) passed by the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bathinda, vide which application under Section 305 Cr.P.C. dated 7.5.2016 (Annexure P-6) filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to be represented through duly appointed representative-Ashok Kumar in Criminal Complaint No.72, dated 08.12.2014, has been dismissed. 2.

The petitioner had been summoned by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bathinda vide order dated 31.7.2015 to face trial in Criminal Complaint No.72, dated 08.12.2014, titled as Bhupesh Tangri Vs. Mohit Bansal and others, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, instituted by respondent No.2-Bhupesh Tangri (complainant).

The petitioner, which is a company had moved an application under Section 305 Cr.P.C. seeking permission to be represented by Shri Ashok Kumar, Senior Executive, Operations, but the same was dismissed vide impugned order. The petitioner had also challenged the complaint dated 8.12.2014 summoning order dated 31.7.2015 and also order dated 21.4.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda, dismissing the revision filed against the said summoning order by way of filing a petition before this Court i.e. Ingram Micro India Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of Punjab and another CRMM-30387-2017, which has been accepted vide separate order of even date and the complaint as well as summoning order against the accused stand quashed.

Consequently, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
