Prayer in this writ petition is for setting aside orders dated 13.09.2023, Annexure P-3 passed in SA No. 634 of 2017 and order 13.09.2023, Annexure P-5, passed in SA No. 640 of 2017, passed by learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-2, Chandigarh.

Admittedly, the said orders are appealable in terms of Section 18 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Learned counsel for petitioner is unable to point out any exceptional or extraordinary circumstance, which calls for interference by this Court, at this stage in the wake of efficacious remedy available to petitioner.
