*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Inquiry report by way of affidavit of Raj Kumar PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur, has been filed by learned State counsel in the Court today and the same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurmukh Singh. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, interim order dated 11.07.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
