This is second petition for grant of ad interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the case FIR No. 224 dated 11.09.2019, registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Patran, District Patiala.

No ground is made out to entertain the second petition for grant of ad interim anticipatory bail, particularly when the first petition, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, was dismissed on 07.10.2019. 3.
