Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioners-Raja @ Rajbir, Satbir, Satish and Ranbir ,who have been summoned as additional accused to face trial on an application under Section 319 Cr.PC in case FIR no.141 dated 6.5.2011 under Sections 148,149, 323,325, 302, 307, 109, 114 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, PS Kalanaur.
Vide order dated 22.1.2016 notice of motion was issued for today and it was directed that in the event of petitioners surrendering before the trial court within 10 days from that day, they will be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of trial court. CRM-M 2306/2016 petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 22.1.2016 petitioners surrendered before the trial court on 27.1.2016 and were granted interim bail.
This fact is not disputed by the learned State counsel. In this view of the matter, interim bail granted by the trial court on 27.1.2016 pursuant to the order dated 22.1.2016 passed by this Court, is made absolute.
