The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of notice of compulsory retirement dated 24.08.2001 and order dated 25.02.2002. 2.
The petitioner by impugned orders was retired on completing 25 years' service. The orders were passed 24 years back. There seems no reason to set aside impugned orders at this stage. 3.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.
Dismissed with liberty to petitioner to move an appropriate application within three months from today, if cause survives. 5.
