RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to conduct fair and impartial investigation on the complaint/representation of the petitioner. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.Sidakmeet Singh Sandhu, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if his complaint/representation, dated 23.01.2020, Annexure P-4, is decided within stipulated period.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, to look into the complaint/representation, dated 23.01.2020, Annexure P-4, and decide the same expeditiously and preferably within one month from today.
