Pursuant to order dated 20.07.2015, learned State counsel seeks to place on record certain documents. Prayer is accepted. Documents are taken on record.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial court and seek regular bail. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case petitioner surrenders before the trial court within ten days from today and applies for regular bail, his plea shall be decided within three days thereafter.
