RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.126, dated 28.04.2022, under Section 25/54/59 of Arms Act, and Section 285 IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station B.P.T.P., District Faridabad, and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner on the basis of mutual consent/compromise.
After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies as available to him in accordance with law. Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. March 23, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
