The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 29.10.2021 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-21881-2021, whereby, without commenting upon the merits of the case, respondents were directed to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent contends that in compliance of order dated 29.10.2021, speaking order dated 15.04.2026 has been passed. The same is taken on the record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal of speaking order dated 15.04.2026 shows that order dated 29.10.2021 passed in CWP-21881-2021 has been complied with. 4.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.
