(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate action against the private respondents who have fired upon the petitioner and two bullets hit in his left leg. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that complaint dated 16.3.2022 (Annexure P-4) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 4 at this stage. Mr. Naveen Kumar Sheoran, DAG, Haryana has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 4.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
