(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No.588 dated 23.09.2024 registered under Sections 115, 126, 190, 191 (3), 351 (2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Kundli, District Sonepat and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom in view of the compromise dated 20.02.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, after impleading all the accused persons.
