(Oral) The prayer in the present petition is for the quashing of FIR No.97 dated 14.05.2017 under Sections 3A, 5(1)(a), 6(a), 29 of the Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 registered with Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P2). The learned counsel for the State submits that a cancellation report was filed in this case, which has been accepted. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. The present petition is disposed of.
