Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 112 dated 10.4.2014 under Section 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Tripuri Town, District Patiala.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 09.7.2014:- "Counsel would contend that co-accused Dharampal has been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court on 21.5.2014 in CRM No. M-13560 of 2014. Notice of motion, returnable for 5.9.2014.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall join GURPREET SINGH 2015.09.15 14:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-22233 of 2014 -2investigation as and when called upon to do so and he shall remain bound by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C ."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Dharampal Singh, who was similarly situated as the petitioner, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 21.5.2014.

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Sub Inspector Ravinder Bhalla, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 09.7.2014 is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
