***** Jitendra Chauhan , J.(Oral) The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of FIR No. 156 dated 4.8.2011 (Annexure P-1) registered for offence under Sections 323, 342, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Samrala, District Ludhiana, on the basis of the compromise. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 complainant states that the compromise Annexure P-2 was effected between the parties on misrepresentation of facts. As the authenticity of the compromise has come under challenge, therefore, no case for quashing of FIR, on the basis of compromise, is made out. Dismissed.
